At BodyComfi, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • The item is not damaged, stained, washed, or altered

  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is provided

For hygiene and quality control reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These include:

  • Bodysuits

  • Innerwear

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or pre-order items

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong item received

  • Wrong size sent by us

  • Defective or damaged products

If you need a different size, exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the payment option used during checkout.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was from our end

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the item received
